Staffed with more than 500, YOUMAY is equipped with a modern factory with a total area of 60,000m², in which 20 pieces of 800T die casting machines are housed. Due to the skilled workers and advanced production equipment, the monthly output reaches up to 1,200,000 pieces of radiator fin. In addition, our company boasts complete molds in stock, and mold design and mold open upon request are available.

Raw material
YOUMAY radiator is made of superior quality ADC12 aluminum ingot, ensuring good heat dissipation and fast heating up.

Processing Equipment
With 1000T die casting machine, 2 pieces of radiator fin can be made in one time machining.

With German automatic powder coating line, the product surface is featured by uniform coating with good color and strong adhesive strength.

• Raw material inspection: each batch of aluminum ingot will be inspected. Only the aluminum ingot with qualified chemical composition through spectrum detection can be put into use.
• Pressure test: we carry out strict 100% pressure test to guarantee qualified product functionality.
• We will also carry out other rigorous tests including product size, weight and bursting strength.
